The Indiana Pacers pay a visit to the Los Angeles Clippers at the STAPLES Center on Sunday night.

The Indiana Pacers have been in nice form this season as they’ve won eight of their first 12 games, but they will be looking to get back on track after having their last game postponed. In Thursday’s 111-87 win over the Trailblazers, Malcolm Brogdon led the team with 25 points and seven assists, Domantas Sabonis added 23 points with 15 rebounds and five assists while Doug McDermott chipped in with 16 points off the bench. As a team, the Pacers shot 47 percent from the field and nine of 30 from the 3-point line as they took control of the game in the 33-10 second quarter, before holding the Trailblazers to 16 points in the fourth quarter to make it a blowout.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Clippers have won nine of their first 13 games and they will be gunning for a fourth straight win after routing the Kings in a 138-100 road win on Friday. Kawhi Leonard led the team with 27 points and six assists, Paul George added 26 points on eight of 14 shooting, Marcus Morris scored 18 points while Luke Kennard chipped in with 14 points and six assists. As a team, the Clippers shot a healthy 58 percent from the field and 18 of 35 from the 3-point line as they set the pace with 69 points in the first half, before holding the Kings to just 16 points in the third quarter to make it a blowout.

Looking at the betting trends, the Pacers are 4-0 ATS in their last four games as an underdog, 4-0 ATS in their last four games against a team with a winning record and 4-1 ATS in their last five road games. The Clippers are 2-7 ATS in their last nine home games, 2-6 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record and 1-4 ATS in their last five games against a team above .600.

Head to head, the under is 7-3-1 in the last 11 meetings overall, the Pacers are 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings overall and the Pacers are 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings in Los Angeles.

The Pacers have been in great form and they were about to get deeper, but the newly acquired Caris LeVert has been ruled out indefinitely after an MRI revealed a small mass on his left kidney. The Clippers will be shorthanded themselves as Lou Williams is out with a hip injury, while Patrick Beverley is out for personal reasons. The Clippers are still the more talented team with George and Leonard in the lineup, but the Pacers have thrived as the underdog this season and they are 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings in Los Angeles. With that being said, I’m taking the Pacers with the points in a game they could easily win.
