The Indiana Pacers and Brooklyn Nets meet Friday in NBA action at the Barclays Center. The Indiana Pacers need a win to rebound from a rough 1-4 start. The Brooklyn Nets look for a win to get back to a .500 record.

The Indiana Pacers are averaging 113.4 points on 46.4 percent shooting and allowing 117.2 points on 45.5 percent shooting. Malcolm Brogdon is averaging 23.4 points and seven assists, while Domantas Sabonis is averaging 21.6 points and 11.4 rebounds. Chris Duarte is the third double-digit scorer and Myles Turner is grabbing 6.4 rebounds. The Indiana Pacers are shooting 35.7 percent from beyond the arc and 81.8 percent from the free throw line. The Indiana Pacers are allowing 40.2 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 47 rebounds per game.

The Brooklyn Nets are averaging 102 points on 43.2 percent shooting and allowing 108.6 points on 42.6 percent shooting. Kevin Durant is averaging 29.8 points and five assists, while James Harden is averaging 16.6 points and seven rebounds. Patty Mills is the third double-digit scorer and Joe Harris is grabbing 4.4 rebounds. The Brooklyn Nets are shooting 33.9 percent from beyond the arc and 77.8 percent from the free throw line. The Brooklyn Nets are allowing 32.4 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 46.2 rebounds per game.

The Pacers are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Nets are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 home games and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The over is 6-2 in Pacers last 8 overall. The under is 18-7-1 in Nets last 26 overall. The Pacers are 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Brooklyn and 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings.

I can’t figure out the Indiana Pacers, as they’re one of those teams that doesn’t cover when I back them and gets smoked when I do. With that said, the Brooklyn Nets just haven’t been able to find their footing yet, and it starts on the offensive side where they’re 25th in points, 22nd in field goal percentage and 15th in three point percentage. Harden has struggled with these new rules and not getting to the line. I’ll lean Pacers and the points here, even though they never show up for me.
