The Charlotte Hornets invade the PHX Arena to take on the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night.

The Charlotte Hornets have been in decent form lately as they’ve won four of their past seven games, but they will be hoping to bounce back after getting routed by the red-hot Jazz in a 132-110 road loss on Monday. Gordon Hayward and LaMelo Ball each scored 21 points, Malik Monk added 20 points off the bench while PJ Washington chipped in with 17 points. As a team, the Hornets shot 46 percent from the field and 11 of 36 from the 3-point line as they did well to hang with the surging Jazz for most of the game, until the fourth quarter where they were blown out by 41-20 as the Jazz finished with 28 made 3-pointers.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have been in terrific form lately as they’ve won 12 of their past 14 games and they will be aiming for a fourth straight victory after blowing past the Trailblazers in a 132-100 home win on Monday. Devin Booker led the team with 34 points on 12 of 17 shooting, DeAndre Ayton added 19 points on eight of 11 shooting while Dario Saric chipped in with 14 points and nine rebounds off the bench. As a team, the Suns shot 50 percent from the field and 16 of 33 from the 3-point line as they took a nine-point lead into halftime, before outscoring the Trailblazers by 37-17 in the third quarter to put the game to bed early.

Looking at the betting trends, the Hornets are 0-4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team above .600 and 6-0 ATS in their last six games following a loss of more than 10 points. The Suns are 17-5 ATS in their last 22 home games, 4-0 ATS in their last four games against a team with a losing record and 28-10 ATS in their last 38 games overall.

Head to head, the over is 4-1 in the last five meetings in Phoenix and the over is 9-2 in the last 11 meetings overall.

Devonte Graham has been ruled out for Wednesday while Gordon Hayward is listed as questionable with a hand contusion.
