The Phoenix Suns pay a visit to the Milwaukee Bucks at the Fiserv Forum on Monday night.

The Phoenix Suns have been on a tear lately as they’ve won 11 of their past 13 games, but they will be looking to bounce back in this one after having their four-game win streak halted by the slumping Spurs in a 111-85 home loss on Saturday. Jevon Carter led the team in scoring with 17 points off the bench, Devin Booker scored 15 points on six of 18 shooting while Cameron Payne scored 12 points. As a team, the Suns shot just 40 percent from the field and six of 27 from the 3-point line, but they were sluggish to get going and quickly found themselves trailing by 19 points at halftime, before getting blown out in the fourth quarter where they managed just 17 points. Chris Paul had a night to forget as he scored just six points on three of 10 shooting.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have been in a bit of a rut as they’ve lost four of their past seven games and they will be eager to bounce back after getting stopped by the Grizzlies in a 128-115 home loss on Saturday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the team with 28 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists, Bryn Forbes added 19 points, Jrue Holiday and Brook Lopez each scored 17 points while Khris Middleton chipped in with 16 points and 10 assists. As a team, the Bucks shot just 42 percent from the field and 16 of 47 from the 3-point line, but they got off to a slow start and were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing the Grizzlies to pour in 69 points in the first half.

Looking at the betting trends, the Suns are 1-4 ATS in their last five road games, 35-16 ATS in their last 51 games against a team with a winning record and 43-21 ATS in their last 64 games overall. The Bucks are 0-5 ATS in their last five home games and 3-12 ATS in their last 15 games against a team above .600.

Head to head, the under is 5-1 in the last six meetings in Milwaukee, the Suns are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings in Milwaukee and the Suns are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings overall.

The Suns have been on fire lately and they were riding a four-game win streak before getting ambushed by the slumping Spurs in a big loss at home on Saturday. The Bucks have cooled off with four losses in their last six and they didn’t look too good in their big loss to the Grizzlies, but it’s safe to assume that they’ll only improve with Antetokounmpo back in the linuep. It’s tempting to take the Grizzlies with the short line at home, but the Suns have been the more consistent team all season and I think they’ll come out firing after laying an egg in their last game.
