The Golden State Warriors travel to the Vivint Arena to take on the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night.

The Golden State Warriors have been in fine form as they’ve won seven of their last 10 games, but they will be looking to bounce back here after getting stopped in their tracks by the Pacers in a 112-104 loss on Monday. Klay Thompson drained eight 3-pointers to lead the team with 28 points, Jordan Poole added 23 points while Stephen Curry had a night to forget as he scored just 12 points on three of 17 shooting. As a team, the Warriors shot just 40 percent from the field and 13 of 44 from the 3-point line as they got off to an ice-cold start and were always trailing after getting outscored by 34-21 in the first quarter. Draymond Green also had a rough night as he scored just two points on one of eight shooting, and no one could stop the Pacers’ Andrew Nembhard who torched them for 31 points and 13 assists.

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz have been in a slump as they’ve lost six of their last eight games and they will be hoping to bounce back after having their two-game win streak snapped by the Trail Blazers in a 116-111 loss on Saturday. Jordan Clarkson led the team with 24 points, Lauri Markkanen added 21 points, Collin Sexton scored 19 points while Jarred Vanderbilt chipped in with 16 points, seven rebounds and four assists. As a team, the Jazz shot 45 percent from the field and 13 of 36 from the 3-point line, but their defense wasn’t where it needed to be as they were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing 40 points in the first quarter. The Jazz did rally to take the lead late in the fourth quarter, but it was the Trail Blazers who closed the game on a 5-0 run in the final 29.2 seconds to snatch the game from them.

Looking at the betting trends, the Warriors are 8-20 ATS in their last 28 road games, 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a loss and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Jazz are 4-1 ATS in their last five games playing on three or more days rest and 5-1 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record.

Head to head, the over is 9-3 in the last 12 meetings overall and the Warriors are 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings overall.

The Warriors are going to be shorthanded for this one as Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins have all been ruled out, while the Jazz are keeping an eye on Mike Conley who is questionable for this one. The Warriors were on a nice run before they lost to the Pacers on Monday and it’s going to be tough with most of their starting lineup sitting in street clothes, so I’ll go with the Jazz who have the luxury of three days rest.
