The Golden State Warriors travel to the FedExForum to take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday night.

The Golden State Warriors are searching for consistency as they’ve won five of their last nine games overall, but they will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after getting beaten by the Thunder in a 137-128 road loss on Tuesday. Stephen Curry drained 10 3-pointers to lead the team with 40 points and seven assists on 14 of 23 shooting, Klay Thompson added 23 points while Jonathan Kuminga chipped in with 21 points on eight of 11 shooting. As a team, the Warriors shot 52 percent from the field and 20 of 51 from the 3-point line, but their problems were on the defensive end as they were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing the Thunder to explode for 40 points in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have been in a rut as they will be hoping to put a halt to their three-game skid after falling short against the Lakers in a 112-103 road loss on Tuesday. Jaren Jackson Jr led the team with 26 points, eight rebounds and two blocks, Tyus Jones added 16 points while Dillon Brooks chipped in with 13 points. As a team, the Grizzlies shot just 38 percent from the field and nine of 37 from the 3-point line as they did a nice job of hanging with the Lakers and building a six-point lead in the fourth quarter, only to see the Lakers close the final 7:57 on a 24-9 run to blow them away in the end. The Grizzlies just had no answer for the Lakers’ Anthony Davis who torched them with 30 points and 22 rebounds.

Looking at the betting trends, the Warriors are 0-6-1 ATS in their last seven road games, 2-6 ATS in their last eight games following a loss and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Grizzlies are 40-17-1 ATS in their last 58 home games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games against a team with a winning record.

Head to head, the under is 15-7 in the last 22 meetings in Memphis, the Warriors are 0-6 ATS in the last six meetings in Memphis and the Warriors are 3-7 ATS in the last 10 meetings overall.

The Warriors are still missing Andrew Wiggins, while the Grizzlies are still without Ja Morant, Brandon Clarke and Steven Adams. The Warriors have been a little below their best lately and they might still be scratching their heads after losing to the Thunder on Tuesday despite 10 3-pointers from Curry. The Grizzlies are really struggling with injuries and suspensions at the moment and I don’t think they’re going to get any sympathy from the Warriors in this one. This should be a close one, but in the end I have the Warriors pulling away for the win and cover.
