The Atlanta Hawks pay a visit to the Miami Heat at the FTX Arena on Monday night.

The Atlanta Hawks have been in decent shape as they’ve won three of their last five games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back after getting beaten by the Heat in a 117-109 road loss on Saturday. Saddiq Bey led the team with 22 points off the bench, DeAndre Hunter added 17 points while Clint Capela chipped in with 16 points and 13 rebounds on eight of 10 shooting. As a team, the Hawks shot 46 precent from the field and nine of 30 from the 3-point line, but they were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing the Heat to pour in 37 points in the second quarter. The Hawks trailed in this one by as many as 21 points before making a run in the second half, but they just had too much ground to make up despite forcing the Heat into 20 turnovers.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat have been in poor form as they’ve lost six of their last eight games overall, but they will be feeling much better after taking down the Hawks in a much-needed win on Saturday. Bam Adebayo led the team with 30 points, 11 rebounds and five assists, Tyler Herro added 20 points with six rebounds and five assists while Jimmy Butler chipped in with 15 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists. As a team, the Heat shot 50 percent from the field and 13 of 35 from the 3-point line as they took control in the second quarter and were able to cruise in the second half after building that early lead.

Looking at the betting trends, the Hawks are 0-4 ATS in their last four road games, 2-5 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Heat are 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games, 5-15-1 ATS in their last 21 home games against a team with a losing road record and 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games overall.

Head to head, the under is 47-23 in the last 70 meetings overall and the Hawks are 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings in Miami.

The Hawks don’t have a single player listed on the injury report, while the Heat are still missing Kyle Lowry for this one. The Hawks will be looking for revenge in this one, but they’ll have to get off to a better start with the Heat being such strong frontrunners. The betting trends favor the Heat in this matchup, but it’s always tough to beat the same team twice in a row, so I’ll lean towards the Hawks here.
