The Milwaukee Bucks play host to the Indiana Pacers at the Fiserv Forum on Thursday night.

The Indiana Pacers have been in decent form as they’ve won six of their last 10 games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back here after getting stopped in their tracks by the lowly Pistons in a 117-97 road loss on Monday. Jordan Nwora led the team with 20 points on seven of 12 shooting off the bench, Andrew Nembhard and Aaron Nesmith each scored 15 points while Chris Duarte chipped in with 12 points. As a team, the Pacers shot just 41 percent from the field and 10 of 34 from the 3-point line, but they got off to a terrible start and were always fighting a losing battle after getting outscored by 38-20 in the first quarter. Buddy Hield had a night to forget as he scored just seven points on three of 12 shooting while Jalen Smith scored just four points on two of nine shooting.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have been on fire as they’ve reeled off 21 wins in their past 23 games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight victory after routing the Suns in a 116-104 road win on Tuesday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 36 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists, Brook Lopez added 21 points with 10 rebounds on 10 of 14 shooting while Jrue Holiday chipped in with 12 points and five assists. As a team, the Bucks shot 47 percent from the field and 12 of 39 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in trouble when they surrendered a 16-point lead in the fourth quarter, only to outscore the Suns by 19-7 in the final 6:32 to keep their win streak alive.

Looking at the betting trends, the Pacers are 4-1 ATS in their last five road games, 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Bucks are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games against a team with a losing record and 12-5 ATS in their last 17 games overall.

Head to head, the over is 4-1 in the last five meetings overall, the Pacers are 1-8 ATS in the last nine meetings in Milwaukee and the Pacers are 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings overall.

The Bucks could be shorthanded here as Grayson Allen is out and Brook Lopez is listed as questionable, while the Pacers are keeping eyes on Myles Turner, Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield and TJ McConnell who are all questionable. The Pacers were in decent form before they got dismantled by the slumping Pistons in their last outing, so they’re going to have to play much better to have a chance against this rampaging Bucks team that have been running through everyone. The Pacers are only 1-8 ATS in the last nine meetings in Milwaukee and the Bucks are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games against a team with a losing record, so I think this game is only headed in one direction.
