The Cleveland Cavaliers are the better team on paper and have been better at both ends of the floor in these summer league games. I understand the line being what it is. However, this is a lot of points to give in a meaningless summer league game, and you could argue the Bulls will have the best player on the floor. Decent amount of points here. Give me the Bulls.
