Chicago Bulls vs Memphis Grizzlies prediction 1-20-24 Picks

The Memphis Grizzlies and the Chicago Bulls duke it out at the United Center on Saturday night. Here’s a Grizzlies vs Bulls Prediction.

Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies have been in a bit of a rut as they’ve lost three of their past four games overall and they will be hoping for a better performance after getting run over by the Timberwolves in a 118-103 road defeat on Thursday. Jaren Jackson Jr. led the team with 36 points on 15 of 23 shooting, Luke Kennard added 18 points on six of nine shooting while Santi Aldama chipped in with 13 points off the bench. As a team, the Grizzlies shot 45 percent from the field and 14 of 34 from the 3-point line as they kept pace with the Timberwolves and led after three quarters, only to get completely blown out by 37-17 in the fourth quarter to lose by double digits in a disappointing finish.

Chicago Bulls

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bulls have been in fine form as they’ve won five of their last seven games overall and they will be eager to keep it going after sneaking past the new-look Raptors in a 116-110 road win on Thursday. DeMar DeRozan led the way with 24 points, seven rebounds and six assists, Nikola Vucevic tallied 24 points with 14 rebounds and seven assists while Coby White chipped in with 23 points, eight rebounds and four assists. As a team, the Bulls shot 52 percent from the field and just six of 24 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in trouble when they squandered an early 14-point lead, before they used a decisive 10-0 run in the fourth quarter to escape with the narrow victory.

Grizzlies vs Bulls Prediction

The Grizzlies are still severely shorthanded with Derrick Rose, Desmone Bane, Ja Morant and Marcus Smart all out, while the Bulls are still without Zach LaVine. The Grizzlies have been doing it tough lately with all the injuries, but they were right in the contest with the red-hot Timberwolves on Thursday until they let it go to waste in the fourth quarter. The Bulls have cooled off a bit recently, but they have almost all their key players and I think they can keep rolling with another win and cover at home.
