Denver Nuggets vs Toronto Raptors Prediction 3-11-24 Picks

The Toronto Raptors and Denver Nuggets meet Monday in NBA action at the Ball Arena. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best bets for this game. Here’s a Toronto Raptors vs Denver Nuggets prediction.

Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have been in poor form as they’ve lost five of their last six games overall and they will be hoping to put an end to a three-game skid after getting beaten by the Trail Blazers in a 128-118 overtime road loss on Saturday. Immanuel Quickley led the team with 29 points and seven assists, Gary Trent Jr added 23 points while Chris Boucher chipped in with 16 points, eight rebounds and three blocks. As a team, the Raptors shot 47 percent from the field and 16 of 43 from the 3-point line as they showed plenty of fight to erase a 21-point deficit to extend the game, only to score just five points in overtime to lose by double digits in the end.

Denver Nuggets

Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets have been in red-hot form as they’ve won eight of their last nine games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight victory after blowing past the struggling Jazz in a 142-121 home win on Saturday. Jamal Murray led the team with 37 points and seven assists, Nikola Jokic added 26 points with eight assists while Michael Porter Jr chipped in with 19 points on eight of 13 shooting. As a team, the Nuggets shot a sizzling 66 percent from the field and 19 of 32 from the 3-point line as they absolutely dominated the first half to lead by as many as 39 points, before they survived a minor scare after the Jazz rallied to within 14 points. The Nuggets will play against the Heat and Spurs after this game.

Toronto Raptors vs Denver Nuggets prediction

The Raptors are still missing some players with Bruce Brown, Jakob Poeltl and Scottie Barnes all out, while the Nuggets are coming into this one with a full squad once again. The Raptors have gone cold again and their confidence took another gut shot after losing to the severely depleted Trail Blazers in an overtime loss in their last outing, while the Nuggets have been on fire and they just put on 142 points in a big win over the Jazz on Saturday. The line is expectedly hefty for this one, but I still think the Nuggets get the cover at home where they’ve been so tough to beat all season.
