The Orlando Magic pay a visit to the Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena on Wednesday night. Here’s a Pistons vs Magic Prediction. This article will include a Pistons vs Magic Pick.

Orlando Magic Betting Preview

The Orlando Magic will be hoping to avoid a fourth straight defeat after getting routed by the 76ers in a 136-124 road loss on Monday. Paolo Banchero led the team with 32 points, seven rebounds and five assists on 10 of 18 shooting, Desmond Bane added 24 points while Franz Wagner chipped in with 22 points on eight of 12 shooting. As a team, the Magic shot a healthy 54 percent from the field and eight of 25 from the 3-point line, but they were poor defensively and were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing 72 points in the first half.
The Magic just had no answer for the 76ers’ Tyrese Maxey who scorched them for 43 points on 15 of 32 shooting. Anthony Black provided the spark off the bench with 14 points in 30 minutes of action while Jalen Suggs played just 21 minutes for his 12 points and six assists.

Detroit Pistons Betting Preview

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons were going for a third straight win before they got stopped in their tracks by the Cavaliers in a 116-95 home defeat on Monday. Cade Cunningham led the team in scoring with just 12 points on three of 14 shooting from the field. Tolu Smith and Ronald Holland II each scored 11 points while Tobias Harris had 10 points, but no other player finished in double figures in scoring.
As a team, the Pistons shot a miserly 37 percent from the field and 11 of 34 from the 3-point line as they struggled to match the Cavaliers from the tipoff. They were never really in the contest after falling behind by as many as 35 points in this one. Isaiah Stewart had a night to forget as he finished with just four points with three turnovers on one of nine shooting from the field.

Pistons vs Magic Prediction

The Magic are still a little shorthanded with Moritz Wagner out again, while the Pistons are keeping eyes on Caris LeVert, Ausar Thompson and Marcus Sasser who are all questionable. The Magic come into this one as the healthier team, and I really expected them to get off to a better start this season, but they are struggling.
The Pistons were on a nice run before they met the Cavaliers in their last outing. I keep waiting for the Magic to turn things around, and I’m sure that will happen sooner rather than later, but for now I would rather stick with the Pistons to rebound with a win at home in this spot.
