Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors prediction 1-15-24 Picks

The Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies do battle at the FedExForum on Monday night. Here’s a Warriors vs Grizzlies Prediction.

Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors have been in a rut as they’ve lost three of their past four games and they will be hoping for a better performance after getting run over by the Bucks in a 129-118 road defeat on Saturday. Jonathan Kuminga led the team with 28 points on 10 of 18 shooting off the bench, Brandin Podziemski added 23 points with 10 rebounds and three assists while Klay Thompson chipped in with 21 points. As a team, the Warriors shot 48 percent from the field and 15 of 36 from the 3-point line as they took it to the Bucks and stayed in the contest until the fourth quarter where the Bucks exploded for 46 points.

Memphis Grizzlies

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have been in decent shape as they’ve won four of their last seven games overall, but they will be looking to bounce back here after getting routed by the Knicks in a 106-94 loss on Saturday. GG Jackson led the team in scoring with 20 points on nine of 14 shooting off the bench, Vince Williams Jr added 17 points with eight assists while David Roddy and Luke Kennard chipped in with 14 points apiece. As a team, the Grizzlies shot just 41 percent from the field and nine of 38 from the 3-point line which was good enough to stay neck and neck with the Knicks until the third quarter where the Grizzlies managed just 15 points to allow the Knicks to pull away.

Warriors vs Grizzlies Prediction

Chris Paul is still out for the Warriors, but the good news is that Draymond Green is expected to return, while the Grizzlies are still missing a host of players including Ja Morant, Steven Adams, Desmone Bane and Marcus Smart. The Warriors have cooled off recently and their confidence took a gut shot after getting routed by the Bucks in a tough loss on Saturday, while the Grizzlies just got beaten by the Knicks as they continue to struggle with injuries. The Warriors should be good enough to get the much-needed win to get back on track, but I just don’t think they should be favored by this many points as the road team. I think the Grizzlies hang around in this one long enough to get the cover at home.
