Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors Prediction 2-2-24 Picks

The Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies collide at the FedExForum on Friday night. Here’s a Warriors vs Grizzlies Prediction.

Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors have been in a rut as they’ve lost four of their last six games overall, but they wil be looking to build some momentum after taking down the shorthanded 76ers in a 119-107 win on Tuesday. Stephen Curry led the team with 37 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, Jonathan Kuminga added 26 points on 11 of 19 shooting while Andrew Wiggins chipped in with 23 points on eight of 10 shooting. As a team, the Warriors shot 55 percent from the field and 14 of 32 from the 3-point line as they held the 76ers to just 22 points in the second quarter to take the narrow lead into halftime, before they poured in 67 points in the second half to earn the much-needed blowout win at home. The Warriors will play against the Hawks after this one.

Memphis Grizzlies

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have cooled off a bit recently as they are now hoping to snap a three-game skid after getting beaten by the Cavaliers in a 108-101 loss last night. Jaren Jackson Jr led the team with 25 points, five rebounds and five assists, Santi Aldama added 18 points with nine rebounds while Vince Williams chipped in with 17 points. As a team, the Grizzlies shot 41 percent from the field and 12 of 38 from the 3-point line as they poured in 31 points in the second quarter to take the lead into halftime, but they struggled from that point onwards, getting outscored by 57-41 to fall to 5-17 SU at home this season. GG Jackson had a rough game as he shot three of 14 from the field and one of eight from the 3-point line, while David Roddy shot just one of 12 from the field to finish with two points.

Warriors vs Grizzlies Prediction

The Warriors are still shorthanded with Chris Paul and Dario Saric still out, but they should have Draymond Green in the lineup, while the Grizzlies are still missing a host of players including Ja Morant, Desmond BAne and Derrick Rose. The Warriors have struggled to build momentum all season, but they looked great in their win over hte 76ers on Tuesday and now they’re up against a severely shorthanded Grizzlies team, so I’m backing the Warriors to stay hot with another win and cover on the road.
