Meanwhile, the New Orleans Pelicans have been in a rut as they’ve lost four of their last five games overall and they will be hoping to arrest a three-game skid after getting beaten by the Magic in a 117-108 loss on Wednesday. CJ McCollum led the team with 36 points, 10 rebounds and four assists, Dyson Daniels added 16 points off the bench while Zion Williamson chipped in with 15 points and five assists. As a team, the Pelicans shot 47 percent from the field and 12 of 29 from the 3-point line as they did their best to hang with the Magic in a tightly contested first half, before they got blown out by 33-21 in the third quarter to trail by as many as 20 points at one point which proved too much to overcome.
