Phoenix Suns vs Toronto Raptors Prediction 3-7-24 Picks

The Toronto Raptors invade the Footprint Center to do battle with the Phoenix Suns on Thursday night. Here’s a Raptors vs Suns Prediction.

Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have struggled to get going as they’ve lost six of their last 10 games and they will be hoping for a better performance after getting embarrassed by the Pelicans in a 139-98 loss on Tuesday. Immanuel Quickley led the team with 17 points, seven rebounds and seven assists, Gary Trent Jr added 16 points while Kelly Olynyk and RJ Barrett each scored 15 points. As a team, the Raptors shot just 38 percent from the field and 13 of 44 from the 3-point line as they got off to a terrible start and were just never in the contest after getting outscored by 68-45 in the first half. Jordan Nwora had a rough game as he scored just nine points on four of 15 shooting while Gradey Dick scored just two points on one of seven shooting off the bench. The Raptors will take on the Trail Blazers, Nuggets, and Pistons after this one.

Phoenix Suns

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have been struggling for consistency as they’ve split their last 10 games, but they will be aiming to build some momentum after outlasting the Nuggets in a thrilling 117-107 road win on Tuesday. Kevin Durant led the team with 35 points, eight rebounds and five assists, Grayson Allen drained eight 3-pointers to finish with 28 points while Bradley Beal chipped in with 16 points and six assists. As a team, the Suns shot 43 percent from the field and 15 of 34 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in trouble when they squandered an early 22-point lead, before they played great defense to limit the Nuggets to just five points in overtime to earn the statement road win.

Raptors vs Suns Prediction

The Raptors are still shorthanded with Bruce Brown and Jakob Poeltl both out, while the Suns are still missing Nassir Little and Devin Booker. The Raptors have continued to struggle and their confidence took another gut shot after losing by 41 points to the Pelicans in their last outing, while the Suns looked great in their impressive comeback win over the red-hot Nuggets who were on a six-game win streak. The line is a little hefty, but I don’t trust the Raptors at all, so I’m more comfortable going with the Suns to get the win behind another big game from Durant.
