The Milwaukee Bucks and the Portland Trail Blazers do battle at the Moda Center on Monday night.

The Milwaukee Bucks have been in red-hot form as they’ve won nine of their last 10 games overall and they will be eager to build on their current seven-game win streak after taking down the Heat in a 123-115 win on Saturday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the team with a triple-double of 35 points with 15 rebounds and 11 assists, Khris Middleton added 24 points off the bench while Grayson Allen chipped in with 19 points on seven of 11 shooting. As a team, the Bucks shot 52 percent from the field and 14 of 40 from the 3-point line as they went back and forth with the Heat in a tight contest, until they opened the fourth quarter with a pivotal 8-0 run to pull away and escape with the hard-fought win.

Meanwhile, the Portland Trail Blazers have been in great shape as they’ve won five of their last seven games overall, but they will be itching to bounce back after having their three-game win streak halted by the Bulls in a 129-121 road loss on Saturday. Damian Lillard le the way with 40 points and five assists, Anfernee Simons added 27 points with five assists while Josh Hart tallied 13 points with 12 rebounds and five assists. As a team, the Trail Blazers shot 50 percent from the field and 14 of 43 from the 3-point line as they exploded for 43 points in the second quarter to lead by as many as 17 points, but they allowed the Bulls to hang around and it cost them in the end as the Bulls poured in 70 points in the second half to snatch the game from them in the end.

Looking at the betting trends, the Bucks are 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a losing record, while the Trail Blazers are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games against a team with a winning record and 2-7 ATS in their last nine games following a loss.

Head to head, the under is 7-1 in the last eight meetings in Portland, the Bucks are 16-6-1 ATS in the last 23 meetings overall and the Bucks are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Portland.

The Bucks are a little shorthanded once again as Bobby Portis remains out with a knee injury, while the Trail Blazers are still missing Justise Winslow and Jusuf Nurkic. The Bucks have been the hottest team in the league and they’re only getting better as players continue to return from injury. The Bucks are also 16-6-1 ATS in the last 23 meetings overall, so I’ll back the Bucks to maintain their momentum with another win and cover here.
