Utah Jazz vs Golden State Warriors Prediction 2-12-24 Picks

The Golden State Warriors and the Utah Jazz duke it out at the Delta Center on Monday night. Here’s a Warriors vs Jazz Prediction.

Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are starting to heat up now as they’ve won six of their last seven games overall and they will be gunning for a fifth straight win after outlasting the Suns in a thrilling 113-112 home win on Saturday. Stephen Curry led the team with 30 points, nine rebounds and six assists, Jonathan Kuminga added 21 points on nine of 18 shooting while Draymond Green chipped in with 15 points, seven rebounds and nine assists. As a team, the Warriors shot 44 percent from the field and 17 of 41 from the 3-point line as they were neck and neck with the Suns in a close contest that remained within single digits, until Curry was able to drain the game-winning 3-pointer with just 2.1 seconds left on the clock to snatch the game from the Suns in a thrilling finish. The Warriors will play against the Clippers after this game.

Utah Jazz

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz have been in a rut as they’ve lost four of their last six games overall and they will be looking to bounce back here after getting scorched by the Suns in a 129-115 road loss on Thursday. Lauri Markkanen led the team with 22 points, John Collins added 21 points with 14 rebounds while Collin Sexton chipped in with 19 points and eight assists. As a team, the Jazz shot 43 percent from the field and 12 of 35 from the 3-point line, but they didn’t come out with an intent to play defense and were always playing from behind after allowing 40 points in the first quarter. In fact, the Jazz trailed by as many as 19 points in this one before they made a late run to keep the final scores somewhat respectable. The Jazz will meet the Lakers, Warriors, and Hornets after this one.

Warriors vs Jazz Prediction

The Warriors are still a little shorthanded with Chris Paul and Gui Santos both out, while the Jazz are keeping eyes on Brice Sensabaugh and Otto Porter Jr who are both questionable. The Warriors have emerged as one of the hottest teams in the league at the moment and they will be brimming with confidence after taking down the red-hot Suns in a thrilling win in their last outing, whiel the Jazz have cooled off recently and just got trounced by the Suns. The Jazz have the advantage of extra rest as they haven’t played since Thursday, but the Warriors are clearly the hotter team at the moment and I think they can keep it going behind another big game from Curry.
