Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz have been in a rut as they’ve lost four of their last six games overall and they will be looking to bounce back here after getting scorched by the Suns in a 129-115 road loss on Thursday. Lauri Markkanen led the team with 22 points, John Collins added 21 points with 14 rebounds while Collin Sexton chipped in with 19 points and eight assists. As a team, the Jazz shot 43 percent from the field and 12 of 35 from the 3-point line, but they didn’t come out with an intent to play defense and were always playing from behind after allowing 40 points in the first quarter. In fact, the Jazz trailed by as many as 19 points in this one before they made a late run to keep the final scores somewhat respectable. The Jazz will meet the Lakers, Warriors, and Hornets after this one.
