Kelly Oubre Jr led the team with 28 points and 12 rebounds, Tobias Harris added 21 points with seven assists while Cameron Payne and Buddy Hield scored 20 points each. As a team, the 76ers shot just 42 percent from the field and 15 of 45 from the 3-point line as they struggled to keep pace with the Hawks from the start and fell behind by 22 points in this one before they rallied with 35 points in the fourth quarter to make things interesting at the end.

Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards have been in a real slump as they’ve lost 11 of their last 13 games overall and they will be hoping to arrest a five-game slide after getting beaten by the Celtics in a 133-129 road defeat last night. Deni Avdija and Corey Kispert each scored 24 points, Bilal Coulibaly added 21 points while Jordan Poole chipped in with 19 points and five assists. As a team, the Wizards shot 48 percent from the field and 18 of 47 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 71 points in the first half to take the early lead, only to see their hard work go to waste in the third quarter where they got outscored by an incredible 36-16 to fall behind by 15 points. The Wizards will meet the Mavericks after this one.

You really couldn’t back either side with any confidence these days, but the Wizards looked great in their narrow loss to the Celtics last night and I think they can take advantage of the 76ers while they so depleted.
