The Jacksonville Jaguars head to Cleveland on Sunday to face off against the Browns.
The Cleveland Browns are sitting at 4-7 on the year currently, while going 3-3 overall at home this season. The Browns have had kind of an unusual season, as Cleveland traded Richardson to the Colts for a first round pick, and then rattled off three straight wins. The Browns have since fallen back, partially due to injuries, and partially due to the fact that the Browns just aren’t that good. Cleveland is just 1-5 in their last six games, with that lone win coming against the Ravens three weeks ago. This past weekend, the Browns were favored, but fell to the Steelers at home in Cleveland 27-11. The Browns have a very strong defense, but the offense just can’t seem to find its way, despite the fact that the Browns do have some playmakers in Cameron and Gordon. This team is really a quarterback away from being solid, and hopefully for them they can find one this April in the draft.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are 2-9 on the year as the Jags have been playing better as of late. Not good mind you, but better. Jacksonville got a win last time out, as the Jags defeated the lowly Houston Texans (that’s not something I thought I would be saying at the beginning of the season) 13-6. The Jags are struggling in all aspects still, but Jacksonville has won two out of three, and the Jags do have a couple of winnable games remaining on their schedule. Jacksonville better be careful however as this team is in dire need of a franchise QB, and if they keep winning, they may lose out on Bridgewater, who many are expecting to be the first quarterback taken, and likely to end up in Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are 3-8 against the spread this year, and when the Jags are on the road, Jacksonville is 3-3 ATS.
The Cleveland Browns are 5-6 against the spread this season, and when the Browns are listed as a favorite, Cleveland is 1-2 against the spread on the season. At home, the Browns are 3-3 against the spread this season.
I’m going with the under in this spot. I look for this to be an incredibly low scoring game as the Browns can’t seem to score on anyone lately, and up against this defense, I’d be very surprised if the Jags reach double digits on the day.
