The Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Falcons play a Saturday preseason game at the Georgia Dome.

The Tennessee Titans dropped to 1-1 in the preseason after losing to the New Orleans Saints, 24-31. The Titans let rookie quarterback Zach Mettenberger really put on a show, as he completed 20 of 25 passes for 269 yards and two touchdowns. Starter Jake Locker threw 11 passes for 75 yards and a touchdown. The Titans really dominated the passing game, while the rushing offense managed 88 yards on 21 carries. Wide receiver Justin Hunter had 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns on just four receptions. Overall, the Titans finished with 412 yards and had a touchdown in three of the four quarters. Defensively, the Tennessee Titans allowed 399 yards. Akeem Ayers led Tennessee with four tackles and was the only player to pick up a sack.

NFL Preseason Week 3 Pick Atlanta Falcons vs. Tennessee Titans - 8/23/14

The Atlanta Falcons fell to 1-1 in preseason action with a 32-7 loss to the Houston Texans. Matt Ryan threw just seven passes for 37 yards, as the Falcons continued to enjoy a backup quarterback battle between T.J. Yates and Sean Renfree. The Falcons had 158 total passing yards and a touchdown but also tossed two interceptions, both of which came from Yates. The Falcons averaged less than four yards per carry on 24 touches and rookie Devonta Freeman led the team with 31 rushing yards. Overall, the Falcons had 248 yards and were held scoreless in the second half. Defensively, the Atlanta Falcons allowed 323 yards and 25 unanswered points. Paul Worrilow led the Falcons with eight tackles and Tim Dobbins picked up the lone sack.

The Atlanta Falcons backup offense has done nothing at all in the last two preseason games. Tennessee had terrific production from its backup quarterback and has younger players who have a point to prove. I like the Titans and the points, especially with the fact we're getting even money along with the points.
