The Washington Redskins travel to the Sunshine State to take the field with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Washington Redskins dropped to 2-1 in the preseason following a 23-17 defeat at Baltimore in week three. It seems as if the Redskins are still not ready to take the chains off of RG III as he threw eight times for 20 yards and a pick while running three times for three yards while fumbling once. Not especially impressive when compared to Kirk Cousins who threw for 122 yards and a pair of scores and gave the offense some spark. The defense didn't perform poorly with the Ravens totaling 300 yards but the Skins attack mustered a little over 200 yards in a less then inspiring effort.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers recorded their first win of the NFL preseason by humbling the Bills 27-13 in week three. Through two weeks the question was whether the Buccaneers could mount any type of consistent scoring after 24 points combined in a pair of defeats. For one game the answer was yes with the Bucs jumping out to a 24-0 lead after 30 minutes before the reserves took over. However a close examination of the numbers say the offense took advantage of Buffalo mistakes with an interception and a pair of fumble recoveries with one returned 17 yards for six. Josh McCown hit 13-16 throws for a TD and pick but the offense totaled just 231 yards.
I have no clue who is playing but from what I have seen from both teams I would say Washington has played the better football. I might be inclined to take the points based on this if the Redskins are getting them so please check back when a line is released...
