LP Field And the Tennessee Titans close out the preseason slate with a visit from the Minnesota Vikings.
The Minnesota Vikings remained unbeaten in the preseason with a 30-12 rout of the Kansas City Chiefs in week three. The Vikings were dominant on both sides of the ball with a 323-285 edge in total yards although their play was sloppy at times with three fumbles and a pick. Matt Cassel was 9-17 with a score and interception with a fumble in the endzone that gave the Chiefs a safety. Teddy Bridgewater went 4-7 for 40 yards and a pair of touchdowns with Cordarrelle Patterson catching a 53 yard scoring strike from Cassel. The Vikings flexed some muscle on the ground as well with 150 yards and held Kansas City to a 1-4 mark in the red zone.

The Tennessee Titans rode a strong second half to a 24-17 victory over the Atlanta Falcons to go to 2-1 in the preseason. The Titans piled up over 460 yards with Jake Locker tossing for 188 yards including a 63 yard touchdown strike to Nate Washington while Zach Mettenberger threw for another 148 yards. Antonio Andrews ripped off a 47 yard run to lead the way to over 130 yards on the ground for the Titans. On first glance the Tennessee defense held the Falcons scoreless over the final 30 minutes but Matt Ryan burned the Titans in the first half with a near perfect 18-23 effort for 224 yards with 31 and 52 yard touchdowns so the first team defense didn't enjoy a good first half.
I don't see the starters seeing much of the field here with most of the playing time going to guys who are trying to make the roster. I will make a pick when a line comes out but this looks like a coin flip...
