The Titans will have their hands full on Sunday, as Tennessee heads to Indianapolis to face off against Andrew Luck and the Colts.
The Indianapolis Cots got off to an impressive start on Sunday, scoring on their first six possessions last week against the Jags. Indy put on a show against Jacksonville, as Luck threw for four scores and over 350 yards on the day. The ground game for the Colts was clicking as well, as Indy averaged 5 yards per carry as a team against Jacksonville, with Bradshaw leading the way with 65 yards on the ground. Not to be outdone, the Colts defense was solid as well, forcing three turnovers on the day against the Jags, including picking off rookie quarterback Blake Bortles twice. The Titans are an improved team, but if the Colts play their game, Indy will be a tough out for a Titans team without Locker.

The Titans started off the season in impressive fashion, beating up on the Chiefs in Kansas City, but since the Titans have struggled. And, as of right now the status of Locker is in question for the Titans. If Locker can’t go, Whitehurst will likely get the nod in his place. The Titans got run off the field against the Bengals last weekend, falling to a very good Cincy team 33-7. The Titans started off the game on a solid drive, moving the ball into Bengals territory, but the Titans missed the field goal and were then kept off the board until about midway through the fourth quarter. Tennessee has some talent, and I really like their coach, but right now the Titnas are a very volatile team, and hard to invest in.
The under is 5-0 in the last five games for the Titans, The Colts are 5-0 against the spread in their last five meetings with the Titans, and the under is 8-1 in the last nine meetings between these two teams.
This is one game that I really don’t like. I could see the Colts being overinflated a bit here, but on the other hand, I cannot recommend backing the Titans. If it is confirmed that Locker isn’t playing and you can still catch this number I would, as you will probably be getting the best of the number at kick with Indy. For my free pick I’ll still take the Colts, but like I said, I’m not touching this one.
