The Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans will play Thursday night at NRG Stadium.
The Indianapolis Colts have won three straight games and will look to remain unbeaten in their division. The Colts are led by the best passing offense in the NFL, as Andrew Luck is completing 68.1 percent of his passes for 14 touchdowns and six interceptions. The Colts are 13-6 SU when Luck throws for two or more touchdowns. Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton are still struggling to find the end zone, but the two receivers have combined for 765 yards and have produced 11 passing plays of 20 or more yards. Dwayne Allen has a receiving touchdown in three straight games for the Colts. The Colts ground game is averaging just 3.9 yards per carry and has yet to produce a 100-yard rusher this season. Ahmad Bradshaw is averaging 5.1 yards per touch. Defensively, the Indianapolis Colts are allowing 21.6 points, 342.2 yards, and they’ve forced 10 turnovers and 12 sacks. D'Qwell Jackson leads the Colts with 38 tackles and Greg Toler has six pass deflections.

The Houston Texans are coming off a heartbreaking overtime loss to the Dallas Cowboys and will look to remain unbeaten at home. Arian Foster is slowly starting to look like the running back of old, as he’s topped 100 rushing yards in three of four games and scored two touchdowns last week. While Andre Johnson has yet to haul in a touchdown, he does have five receptions of 20 or more yards and has produced a combined 674 yards with fellow receiver DeAndre Hopkins. Ryan Fitzpatrick is completing 65 percent of his passes for five touchdowns and six interceptions, and all six of his picks have come in the last three games. The Texans need to show more consistency offensively. Defensively, the Houston Texans are allowing 17.4 points, 385.4 yards, and they’ve forced 12 turnovers and seven sacks. Brian Cushing leads the Texans with 45 tackles and Kendrick Lewis has three forced fumbles.
The Colts are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS win and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Texans are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 home games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Colts are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings, while the home team is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 meetings.
The Houston Texans have almost no offense besides Foster, while the Colts have the best passing offense in the league and are led by one of the better quarterbacks. Even Houston's defense hasn't been great to start the season. I think it goes without saying that Indy is the better football team here. Getting the Colts by less than a field goal is a steal in my eyes.
