The Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans meet Monday night at LP Field.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have won three of their last four games and hope to bounce back from an embarrassing loss to the New York Jets. The Steelers are led by Ben Roethlisberger, who is completing 68.5 percent of his passes for 23 touchdowns and five interceptions. Roethlisberger has 13 touchdowns and two picks in his last three games, and the Steelers have lost three of their four games this season when he throws an interception. Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell have combined for more than 1,500 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns, while Markus Wheaton has a touchdown in two of his last three games. The Steelers have 34 passing plays of 20 or more yards and are averaging 11.8 yards per catch. The Steelers ground game is averaging 4.2 yards per carry, and Bell and LeGarrette Blount have combined for more than 1,000 yards and all three of Pittsburgh’s rushing touchdowns. Defensively, the Pittsburgh Steelers are allowing 23.9 points, 347 yards, and they’ve forced 13 turnovers and 20 sacks. Lawrence Timmons leads Pittsburgh with 91 tackles and James Harrison has four sacks.

The Tennessee Titans have lost seven of their last eight games and are better off losing the rest in hopes of getting a top draft pick. Zach Mettenberger is completing 61.6 percent of his passes for three touchdowns and three interceptions. Mettenberger has thrown a pick in all three of his games but has shown promise each week, unlike Charlie Whitehurst or Jake Locker. Delanie Walker and Kendall Wright have combined for more than 900 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, but Waker is doubtful with a concussion. Nate Washington has six of his 19 receptions in his last two games and he’s questionable with a shoulder injury. The Titans are averaging 4.3 yards per carry and Bishop Sankey has topped 50 rushing yards in three of his last four games. Defensively, the Tennessee Titans are allowing 24.8 points, 368.7 yards, and they’ve forced 11 turnovers and 24 sacks. Michael Griffin leads Tennessee with 63 tackles and Jurrell Casey has four sacks.
The Steelers are 2-6-3 ATS in their last 11 games in Week 11 and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games in November. The Titans are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 Monday games and 7-18-2 ATS in their last 27 home games. The Steelers are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 meetings in Tennessee, while the underdog is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings.
First off, how the in the world is this is Monday night game? Anyway, I still don't know what to make of this Pittsburgh team. Sure, the Steelers have shown flashes all season, but they've also lost to Tampa Bay, Cleveland and the Jets. Why not Tennessee? The Titans have played well at home and taken some decent teams down to the wire, and I think taking the points here is your best bet. I simply don't trust the Steelers and their inconsistent ways.
