The Cowboys and Eagles meet up in Jerry's World in Dallas in what should be an absolute thriller between two of football's best teams.

The Philadelphia Eagles made quick work of the Tennessee Titans last weekend to push their record to 8-3 on the season and if not for a couple of bad breaks they could very well be sitting at 10-1 and atop the NFL standings. The Eagles head into Dallas to take on the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day with so much at stake as the winner of this game will move into sole possession of first place in the NFC East and be in the driver's seat to win the division and secure a spot in the postseason. Chip Kelly has this offense working in over drive right now as the Eagles are one of the most efficiently run units in football and with the likes of Jeremy Maclin and Jordan Matthews being at Mark Sanchez's disposal and Lesean McCoy in the back field it makes the Eagles a very dangerous team that can compete with anybody in the NFL. Philly will look to take down a Cowboys team that has been the talk of the NFC this season but they are coming off a short(er) week than the Eagles as Dallas played in a grudge match against the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football just three short days ago.
The Cowboys outlasted the Giants in New York on Sunday to pull even with the Eagles at 8-3 atop the NFC East and did so in spite of Odell Beckham's highlight worthy effort that will go down in the annals as one of the best of all time. Dallas has a strong composure about them this season that has been absent in year's past and that is a testament not only of Tony Romo's talents but how crucial the offensive line has been this season and their impact was perfectly captured on Dez Bryant's go ahead TD when Romo had what seemed like a full minute to throw the ball thanks to great protection. Demarco Murray has obviously been the straw the stirs the drink for Dallas this season and he will have to generate early success in this one to keep the Eagles off the field and force them to play from behind as they have the ability to put 14 points up on you before you get a chance to blink. This game sets up to be another classic between these two hated rivals and while you'd think the home field advantage would take over here for Dallas it has been well documented that Cowboys home games are a haven for visiting fans and not only do I think the Eagles cover here but I think they get the wni outright.
