The Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers face off on Sunday in Oakland in a local rivalry NFL contest.
The Oakland Raiders followed up their first win of the season by taking their most lopsided blowout loss losing 52-0 in St. Louis. The Raiders have the worst offense in the NFL averaging just 14.7 points and 279.9 yards per game and they are led by QB Derek Carr who has completed 59.3 percent of his passes with 14 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Darren McFadden has rushed for 449 yards and two touchdowns while catching 33 passes and James Jones has 60 receptions and four touchdowns to lead the Oakland receivers. The Raiders defense allows 28.1 points per game which ranks 31st in the NFL and 359.4 yards and they are a dreadful minus 18 in turnover ratio. Sio Moore has 89 tackles, Charles Woodson has 87 tackles, Miles Burris has 84 tackles. The Raiders have the worst record in the NF and we saw last week why as they gave up big plays in bunches.

The San Francisco 49ers are 7-5 this season and their playoff hopes are starting to fade. The 49ers offense is averaging 19.2 points per game and 325.3 yards per game both ranking in the bottom third and they are led by QB Colin Kaepernick who has completed 61.2 percent of his passes with 15 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Frank Gore has rushed for 712 yards and two touchdowns to lead the 49ers ground attack and Anquan Boldin has 68 catches and four touchdowns and Michael Crabtree has 51 catches. The 49ers defense is allowing 20.3 points and 306,7 yards per game ranking 8th and 4th in those categories and they are plus five in turnover ratio. Chris Borland has 87 tackles, Antoine Bethea has 64 tackles, and Michael Wilhite has 60 tackles. The 49ers have been disappointing this season but they still are alive in the playoff hunt.
Oakland is 4-1 against the spread following a game that they didn’t cover the point spread, 2-8 against the spread in their last 10 home games, and 1-4-1 against the spread in their last six home games against a team with a winning road record. San Francisco is 4-1 against the spread in their last five road games against a team with a losing home record, 5-2 against the spread following a loss, and 12-4 against the spread in their last 16 road games.
The Raiders are just terrible and look for the Niners to roll in a game they probably get some decent support in the stands.
