Edmonton Eskimos vs. Toronto Argonauts CFL Pick, Odds, Prediction - 8/20/16

The Toronto Argonauts hope to avoid losing back-to-back games for the first time this season. Logan Kilgore is completing 58.1 percent of his passes for 669 yards, two touchdowns and eight interceptions. Kilgore has thrown eight picks in his last three games. Kenny Shaw and Vidal Hazelton have combined for more than 800 receiving yards and five touchdowns while Brandon Whitaker has 29 receptions. The Toronto Argonauts ground game is averaging 68.6 yards per contest, and Whitaker leads the way with 324 yards on 73 carries. Defensively, Toronto is allowing 24.9 points and 384 yards per game. Cory Greenwood leads the Argonauts with 40 tackles, Shawn Lemon has three sacks and TJ Heath has three interceptions.

The Eskimos are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games in August. The Argonauts are 8-21 ATS in their last 29 home games and 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games in August. The Eskimos are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 meetings in Toronto.

Toronto has beaten Edmonton in five of the last seven meetings, however, quarterback play has been a real issue. Kilgore is coming off a game in which he threw five interceptions. The Eskimos have to be the pick on the road even if it's more of a fade from Toronto.
