The Los Angeles Rams look to get back in the win column as they take on the New York Giants on Sunday morning across the pond.
The Giants look to build on their big time win over the Baltimore Ravens last weekend as they head across the pond to battle the Rams who will look to get their defense back in order against Odell Beckham and company. The Giants finally got their second year wide receiver going last weekend as he hung over 200 yards and two scores on the Ravens secondary and while he is bound to get doubled this weekend and taken more seriously after a big effort it should leave the rest of the Giants passing game ready to go, including Sterling Shepard. New York’s defense will also look to make a statement against a Rams unit that is starting to gel despite the slow start to the year from Todd Gurley.

The Rams return home looking to keep pace in the NFC West and will need a big effort from Case Keenum behind center if they’re going to dictate the pace of this game the way they’d like to. Gurley isn’t in a great position right now as they are starting to lose a bit of confidence in him as the feature back and while part of it has to do with their passing game emerging and other young play makers on the offensive side of the ball playing well there are still some question marks surrounding last year’s break out running back.
The Giants are 0-3-1 in their last four against the NFC and 2-5 ATS in their last seven on turf while the Rams are 8-3 in their last 11 ATS after allowing less than 90 rushing yards in their previous outing and 1-5-1 in their last seven on turf. The Giants looked great last week but face a tougher test here against the Rams who have an excellent defense and a more complete offense than we saw from the Ravens last week. I like the Rams as an outright winner as a "home" dog.
