Through two games so far, Flacco has 338 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions while Allen leads the way on 137 yards on 35 carries for the Ravens. Watson is Baltimore’s top receiver so far with 91 yards and eight catches on nine targets.
Over on the Jaguars’ side, they’re sitting at 1-1 so far following a 29-7 win over the Texans and a 37-16 loss to the Titans in Week 2. In that Tennessee game, Jags QB Blake Bortles put up 223 yards, a TD and two picks in 20-of-34 passing. Leonard Fournette was the top Jacksonville rusher with 14 carries for 40 yards and a TD, while Allen Hurns caught six balls for one TD and 82 yards.
Bortles has put up 348 yards, two touchdowns and two picks so far this year, while Fournette leads the Jaguars on 40 carries for 140 yards and two scores. Hurns is the lead Jacksonville receiver with 11 targets, nine catches, 124 yards and a TD.
The Ravens are 4-1 ATS in their last five games following a straight-up win, and 4-1 ATS in their last five games in September. Baltimore is also 7-2 ATS in their last nine versus the AFC and 1-3-1 ATS in the last five games in Week 3.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall and 4-1 ATS in their last five versus the AFC. Jacksonville is also 2-5 ATS in their last seven games in Week 3 and 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games in September.
Both these teams are showing some early promise this year, though the Jaguars left something to be desired on both sides of the ball during their Week 2 loss. As for the Ravens, they’re looking solid on offense and defense, and may even contend with the Steelers for the division this year. All things considered, however, Baltimore probably has the edge here, and the line isn’t too bad.
