On Sunday out at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, the Chicago Bears and the Baltimore Ravens will be meeting up in cross-conference NFL action.

The Bears are currently 1-4 with their lone victory coming against the Steelers. Chicago has otherwise lost to the Falcons, Buccaneers, Packers and Vikings. In that Minnesota game, Chicago QB Mitch Trubisky made his first career NFL start with a 12-of-25 line for 128 yards, a TD and a costly interception late in the game. Jordan Howard led the Bears’ rush on 76 yards from 19 carries.

On the year thus far, Howard has rushed 82 times for 328 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Bears on the ground, while Kendall Wright has been the top dog in the receiving game with his 18 catches for 200 yards.

Over on the Ravens’ side, they’re sitting at 3-2 on the year, opening up with wins over the Bengals and Browns, then falling to the Jaguars and Steelers before bagging a 30-17 win over Oakland in their last outing. In that Raiders game, Ravens QB Joe Flacco went 19-of-26 for 222 yards, while Javorius Allen put up 21 carries for 73 yards and a TD.

So far this season, Flacco has 823 yards, four touchdowns and six picks, while Alex Collins leads the Ravens rush on 261 yards from 37 attempts. Mike Wallace has been playing well statistically with 12 catches on 22 targets for 209 yards and a TD to lead the Baltimore receivers.

The Ravens are 5-2 ATS in their last seven home games and 5-16-1 ATS in their last 22 games in October. The Ravens are also 1-4 ATS in their last five games in Week 6, and the over is 4-1 in Baltimore’s last five games in Week 6.

Meanwhile, the Bears are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games when playing on Sunday following a Monday night game and 5-15 ATS in their last 20 games in Week 6. Chicago is also 2-8 ATS in their last 10 road games and the over is 17-5 in the Bears’ last 22 games when playing on Sunday following a Monday night game.

Even though the Ravens have a winning record this year, they really haven’t been all that impressive, especially on offense. Baltimore’s wins have come against two bad divisional teams and an Carr-less Raiders squad that’s on the downswing. The losses to Jacksonville and Pittsburgh came by a combined 70-16 score. Now, Chicago isn’t exactly blowing anyone’s doors down, but they’ve got a pretty decent running game and can play defense when they’re so inclined. That will help them hang around. I like the Bears to squeeze in a cover here.
