The Kansas City Chiefs look to get back in the win column as they take to the road to face off against the hapless New York Giants at MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
The Chiefs look to stay red hot against the spread in games on the road as they head into New York to face off against the Giants who have been horrendous this season, and with this one having playoff implications for the visitors I don’t anticipate this will be too pretty of an afternoon for the G-Men. Kansas City got off to a red hot start to the season on Thursday Night Football in Foxboro against the Patriots and they haven’t looked back as they sit atop the AFC West division standings, and while they have dropped a few games of late and have looked human over the last month this is still a group capable of going on a deep playoff run that could see the AFC run through Arrowhead. Alex Smith, Kareem Hunt, and Tyreek Hill are hoping for a big game on the stats sheet as the Giants have just a single victory on the season, and has seen their defense shredded by some of the league’s best.

The Giants came into the season as a favourite to do some damage in the NFC but they have easily been the league’s biggest disappointment as they have just the one victory this season, which came on the road against the Broncos on Monday night of all places, and they are winless so far playing at MetLife Stadium. New York has also endured a frustrating season on the sidelines as head coach Ben McAdoo has come under fire in the last few weeks as a number of sources are speculating his demise in the coming weeks, and another blowout loss at home this weekend against the Chiefs could very well spell the end of his tenure.
The Chiefs are 7-1 ATS in their last eight after failing to cover and 9-2 ATS in their last 11 on the road while the Giants are 1-4 ATS in their last five overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six in week 11. The Giants are an absolute mess and while the line here is a tad high as a home dog I just don’t see how they will compete with KC on either side of the ball in this one in a game the Chiefs need to win.
