Down in Miami Gardens at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Miami Dolphins will be meeting up in NFL activity.
Tampa is coming into this one with a 3-6 record so far. The Buccaneers had a five-game losing streak going, but broke that with a 15-10 victory over the Jets this past Sunday. In that one, Tampa QB Ryan Fitzpatrick put up 187 yards with one TD and one INT.

On the year, Fitzpatrick has 545 yards with five touchdowns and three picks, and Doug Martin is the top Tampa rusher on 305 yards with two touchdowns on 93 carries. Mike Evans leads the Buccaneers in receiving with his 532 yards and four TDs from 40 catches.
Over on the Dolphins’ side, they’re 4-5 and sitting on a three-game losing streak against the Ravens, Raiders and Panthers. In that Carolina game Monday night, Miami QB Jay Cutler put up 213 yards with two touchdowns and a pick.
So far this season, Cutler has 1306 yards with 10 TDs and five picks and Jay Ajayi is the top Dolphins rusher with 465 yards on 138 attempts. Jarvis Landry leads the Miami receivers with 430 yards and four TDs on 56 receptions.
The Buccaneers are 18-3-1 ATS in their last 22 games in Week 11 and 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 games in November. Tampa is also 1-4 ATS in their last five games on grass and 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight games overall.
Meanwhile, Miami is 0-3-1 ATS versus a team with a losing record and 0-2-2ATS in their last four games overall. The Dolphins are also 8-18-1 in their last 27 games following an ATS loss and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games following a straight-up loss.
After this game, Tampa has a pretty tough schedule the rest of the way featuring the Falcons (twice), Lions and Saints. This could be one of their last opportunities to get a win this year, and even that is daunting since the Bucs have scored just 28 points across their last three games. I don’t have a whole lot of faith in the Dolphins this year, but I have even less in Tampa right now. I’m going with Miami to cover here, but in all realistic terms this is probably one to avoid.
