The Green Bay Packers look for a big home field win against the Tampa Bay Bucs in a bttle of two teams who have had to endure substantial setbacks at the quarterback position this season.
The Buccaneers head into Lambeau Field on Sunday looking for just their second victory of the season away from home but they might have the services of Jameis Winston who is due to return from injury and could provide a huge boost to a sluggish Bucs offense. Tampa Bay came into the season with monumental expectations as they added some key pieces in the offseason and looked like a group that was capable of making a run in the NFC South but they have underachieved and look as though they are going to fall well short of the playoffs once again. The Bucs have covered in just two of their last 10 games overall and take on a Packers side that is starting to trend upwards with Brett Hundley seemingly finding his stride and keeping Green Bay’s wild card hopes alive.

The Packers have struggled against the number in their last five games at Lambeau Field but are in a decently favourable position here as the line is quite small as a slight home favourite and after a strong effort last weekend they look more than capable of pulling off the win in this one. Green Bay has gone as far as future hall of fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers has taken them since he took over behind center and without him in the lineup it has exposed just how flawed this Packers roster is, but Hundley looks like he is gaining confidence and at home against an inferior opponent they should feel confident in getting a victory this weekend.
Tampa Bay is 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall and 0-6 ATS in their last six against rthe NFC while the Packers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 in December and 1-4 ATS in their last five home games. The Bucs are a mess and while Green Bay isn’t much better I think they can cover the modest number at home here and cover the field goal.
