The Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cincinnati Bengals will be meeting up in NFL divisional action on Sunday from Paul Brown Stadium.

Pittsburgh comes in here at 2-2-1 on the year so far. The Steelers tied the Browns in Week 1, then alternated losses to the Chiefs and Ravens with wins over the Buccaneers and Falcons.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Pittsburgh Steelers - 10/14/18 NFL Pick, Odds, and Prediction

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

In that Atlanta game this past Sunday, Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger put up 250 yards with three TDs and one pick, and James Conner logged 110 yards with two TDs. Antonio Brown led the Steelers in receiving with 101 yards and two scores off six catches.

Over on the Bengals’ side, they’re sitting at 4-1 on the season. Aside from a loss to the Panthers in Week 3 31-21, Cincinnati has dispatched the Colts, Ravens, Falcons and Dolphins this year.

In the Dolphins game, Bengals QB Andy Dalton logged 248 yards with a TD and a pick, and Joe Mixon had 93 rush yards with a receiving TD. AJ Green led the Bengals receivers with his 112 yards on six grabs.

The Steelers are 4-0 ATS in their last four games in October and 3-9 ATS in their last 12 overall. Pittsburgh is also 0-5 ATS in their last five versus the AFC and 0-5 ATS in their last five versus the AFC North.

Meanwhile, the Bengals are 8-0 ATS in their last eight versus the AFC and 4-0 ATS in their last four versus the AFC North. Cincinnati is 5-1 ATS in their last six home games and 5-1 ATS in their last six following a straight-up win.

This is one of those proverbial rivalry games in the NFL where you can throw out the records of both teams, because it’ll likely be a very close and hard-hitting game. Pittsburgh still needs to find their rhythm offensively and shore up their defense before they’ll be considered contenders in this division, but as of right now it’s really anyone’s title to take—even the Browns have a pair of wins.

That said, Cincinnati is still in the driver’s seat right now, and they can make a big statement with a win here. The Bengals certainly can get a victory, but regardless I think it’ll be tight. I’m going with the Steelers to cover here in a one- or two-point margin that could go either way.
