The Tennessee Titans and the Indianapolis Colts will be matching up on the NFL gridiron Sunday from Lucas Oil Stadium.
Tennessee enters this one at 5-4 on the year. The Titans have fallen to the Dolphins, Bills, Ravens and Chargers but beaten the Texans, Jaguars, Eagles, Cowboys and Patriots.
In the New England game, Titans QB Marcus Mariota put up 228 yards and two scores, while Derrick Henry was the lead rusher on 58 yards and two TDs. Corey Davis led the Tennessee receivers with his 125 yards and one TD from seven catches.
Over on the Colts’ side, they’re 4-5 this season. Indy’s losses have come against the Bengals, Eagles, Texans, Patriots and Jets, but they’ve taken out the Redskins, Bills, Raiders and Jags.
In the Jacksonville game, Colts QB Andrew Luck logged 285 yards with three TDs and a pick, and Jordan Wilkins put up 53 yards on one long run. TY Hilton was the lead Indy receiver with 77 yards from three catches.
The Titans are 6-0 ATS in their last six versus the AFC South and 4-1 ATS in the last five following an ATS win. Tennessee is 6-2 ATS in their last eight overall and 19-42-4 ATS in the last 65 versus the AFC.
Meanwhile, the Colts are 10-2-1 ATS in their last 13 in November and 5-2 ATS in their last seven in Week 11. Indianapolis is also 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 versus the AFC South and 1-4-1 ATS in their last six on turf.
The Titans’ shocking win over the Pats was also due to New England’s inevitable decline, but Tennessee still deserves a ton of credit for a convincing win that put the rest of the league on notice.
As for Indy, they’ve shown some sparks of greatness this season, but also put up a few relative duds. Most games between these two squads are interesting, and this one will be no different as a playoff spot could come down to some of these matchups.
I’m going Colts in what should be a fun game to watch.
