The Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams will be meeting up in NFL activity in a big game this week on “Monday Night Football.”
The Chiefs come into this matchup at 9-1 on the season. Aside from a pretty epic 43-40 loss to the Patriots at Gillette a few weeks back, KC has taken out everybody they’ve faced, most recently the Cardinals 26-14.

In the Arizona game, Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes managed 249 yards and two scores, while Kareem Hunt put up 71 yards on the ground. Leading the receivers for the Chiefs was Tyreek HIll, with 117 yards and two scores on seven grabs.
Over on the Rams’ side, they’re 9-1 this season as well. They went into a November 4 matchup against the Saints at 8-0 but fell 45-35 in a pretty great game. LA bounced back their next time out, beating the Seahawks 36-31.
In the Seattle game, Rams QB Jared Goff logged 318 yards with two scores, and Todd Gurley went off on 120 yards and a TD. Brandin Cooks was the lead LA receiver on an even 100 yards from 10 catches.
The Chiefs are 4-0 ATS versus a team with a winning record and 5-1 ATS in their last six Monday games. Kansas City is 12-3 ATS in their last 15 overall and 20-7 ATS in their last 27 road games.
Meanwhile, the Rams are 2-6 ATS in their last eight Monday games and 2-6 ATS in their last eight home games. LA is 1-4 ATS versus a team with a winning record and 1-6 ATS in their last seven overall.
This will be a definite must-watch game for anyone who likes football. Most people are expecting something of a shootout, and while I don’t think it will get too crazy I’m inclined to agree. KC has put up at least 26 points in every game this season, and the Rams have put up at least 23 in every one of their matchups.
I’m going to go with KC because of the Rams’ ATS trends lately, but realistically this one could go either way. Enjoy the game, and maybe take the over for the sheer fun of it.
