The Line: Tennessee Titans -3 -- O/U: 54.5
The Tennessee Titans and the Buffalo Bills meet in a Madden 20 NFL simulation game on Tuesday afternoon.
The Tennessee Titans will look to rebound from a 3rd straight sim loss, falling to Baltimore by a final score of 29-11 last time out. Derrick Henry leads Tennessee with a 91 overall rating with 91 speed, 87 strength, 91 carrying and 98 stiff arm while Delanie Walker sits at 86 overall as the Titans’ top pass catcher and tight end with 86 catching. A.J. Brown and Corey Davis make up a formidable tandem at wide receiver despite being rated just 80 and 79 overall respectively, while Ryan Tannehill comes in at 80 overall at starting QB for the Titans. On defense, Kevin Byard shares the team-high on the defensive end at 91 overall with 93 zone coverage and 90 speed while Logan Ryan is at 86 overall at cornerback with 87 speed, 91 acceleration and 90 agility with 92 play recognition. Jurrell Casey also checks in at 85 overall at right defensive end with 92 play recognition, 89 tackling and 89 impact blocking as well as 92 strength.
The Buffalo Bills will try to build off of a 41-31 win over the Houston Texans last time out. Cole Beasley and John Brown lead the Bills offensively, coming in at 83 overall, with Brown being the quicker of the two in-game with 92 speed and 90 acceleration while Beasley is the shiftier receiver with 92 agility. Frank Gore and Devin Singletary are the duo at running back for the Bills at 80 overall, while Josh Allen is at 77 overall as the Bills’ starting quarterback. On the defensive side of the ball, the secondary is Buffalo’s greatest asset with Micah Hyde and Tre’Davious White both at 88 overall, with White owning 91 speed and 93 acceleration at cornerback while Hyde has a 91 zone coverage rating at free safety. Jordan Poyer is 85 overall at strong safety and Lorenzo Alexander is a decent 83 overall at one of the outside linebacker spots.
This is a hard game to try to figure out, and while you can’t really factor momentum into this, both teams have been struggling, but it’s Buffalo that picked up a solid win over Houston last time out and we’re getting points with the Bills here as well. I’ll take my shot with Buffalo and the free field goal here.
