The Line: Buffalo Bills PK -- O/U: 54.5
The Cleveland Browns and the Buffalo Bills meet in a Madden 20 NFL simulation game on Wednesday afternoon.
The Cleveland Browns will try to bounce back after a 31-19 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in their last game. Nick Chubb is Cleveland’s top guy on offense with a 92 overall attribute rating, with 92 speed, 91 acceleration and 85 strength grades. Odell Beckham Jr. is the top receiver for the Browns, rated at 90 overall with a 99 rated spectacular catch as well as 91 in catching in traffic and a 98 mark in ball carrier vision while also having 94 ratings in speed and acceleration and 98 agility. Kareem Hunt is rated at 88 overall at running back, with 90 speed and 92 acceleration and 92 agility along with a 98 carrying rating. Baker Mayfield grades at 76 overall starting at QB, including 93 throwing power, 87 short pass accuracy and 85 long ball accuracy. On the defensive end for the Browns, Myles Garrett is the leader with a team-high 93 overall rating at defensive end, with 85 speed, 90 acceleration and 96 strength as well as a 95 power move rating.
The Buffalo Bills will look to rebound after a 48-11 beatdown loss to the New York Giants in their last game. Cole Beasley and John Brown lead Buffalo’s offense at the two wide receiver spots, coming in at 83 overall, with Brown being the faster of the two in-game with 92 speed and 90 acceleration while Beasley is the more shifty receiver with 92 agility. Frank Gore and Devin Singletary are the top duo at RB for the Bills at 80 overall, while Josh Allen is at 77 overall as the Bills’ starting pivot. On defense, the secondary is Buffalo’s greatest strength with Micah Hyde and Tre’Davious White both at 88 overall, with White possessing 91 speed and 93 acceleration at cornerback while Hyde has a 91 zone coverage rating at free safety. Jordan Poyer is 85 overall at strong safety and Lorenzo Alexander is a decent 83 overall at one of the outside linebacker positions.
The Bills have been a frustrating team to back in these sim games, as their solid play that surprised many when they clinched a wild card berth in the season hasn’t been replicated in these simulations. And just when you think Buffalo may be an easier team to back, the Bills go and get rung up in a rout by the New York Giants, the team that’s been arguably the worst team in these simulations. Cleveland’s had their own blips and just lost to Arizona outright despite being a near double-digit favorite, but with high-rated players like OBJ, Kareem Hunt and Nick Chubb, the Browns should be able to get the job done here in this pick ‘em. Give me Cleveland. Click
