The Buffalo Bills face off with the Baltimore Ravens in an AFC divisional round playoff matchup in NFL action from New Era Field in Orchard Park, NY on Saturday night.

The Baltimore Ravens will look to get back to the AFC championship game after starting their postseason with a 20-13 win over the Tennessee Titans in their Wild Card game. Lamar Jackson shredded the Titans, throwing for 179 yards and an interception on 17 of 24 passing while rushing for a team-high 136 rushing yards and a touchdown. J.K. Dobbins had 43 rushing yards and a score and Gus Edwards added 38 rushing yards while Marquise Brown led the Ravens’ receiving group with 7 grabs for 109 yards in the winning effort. Defensively, Pernell McPhee and Derek Wolfe each had a team-high 6 total tackles with McPhee posting a team-high 5 solo tackles while Wolfe had the lone sack for Baltimore in the win. Marcus Peter also recorded an interception for the Ravens in the winning effort.

The Buffalo Bills come into this one after their first playoff win in 25 years following a 27-24 win over Indianapolis in their last matchup. Josh Allen threw for 324 yards and 2 touchdowns on 26 of 35 passing while also rushing for a team-high 54 yards and a touchdown. Stefon Diggs led Buffalo’s receiving group with 128 receiving yards and a touchdown while Gabriel Davis had 4 grabs for 85 yards and Cole Beasley had a team-high 7 catches for 57 yards. Dawson Knox added a touchdown grab as well for the Bills in the victory. Defensively, Matt Milano led the Bills with 11 total tackles including a team-high 7 solo tackles while Jordan Poyer and Tremaine Edmunds each had 9 total tackles with Poyer logging 7 solo tackles of his own and a tackle for a loss, one of 6.5 TFLs for Buffalo in the win.

Baltimore is 7-0 ATS in their last 7 playoff road games and 20-8-1 ATS in their last 29 road games while the under is 3-1-1 in their last 5 playoff games. Buffalo is 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games while the over is 11-2-1 in their last 14 games following a win. The home team is 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings between these two teams.

This is arguably the hardest game to call of the entire divisional round as it could genuinely go either way and I think the line reflects that being as low as it is. However, Tennessee simply couldn’t execute their gameplan in the wild card round and I expect the Bills to have something drawn up for Lamar Jackson as he’s still the lynchpin of this entire offense for the Ravens. I think this is a field goal game regardless, but being at home, I’m leaning towards the Bills at first glance as I just think this is a Bills team that has destiny on their minds.
