Ravens vs Saints Prediction 9/20/26 NFL Picks Today

The New Orleans Saints and the Baltimore Ravens meet Sunday in NFL action from M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. Here’s a Ravens vs Saints prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Ravens vs Saints pick.

New Orleans Saints Betting Preview

Last season, the Saints had a pretty rough time. New Orleans started at just 2-10 (for the first time since 1999), then won four of five games. Eventually the Saints would go 6-11 overall, missing the playoffs for the fifth straight year. New Orleans finished in the basement the NFC South, capping off their season with a tough 19-17 loss versus the Atlanta Falcons.

In their opener versus the Detroit Lions, the Saints had a pretty uneventful first half, entering the locker room with a 7-0 deficit. New Orleans scored 24 points in the second half though and forced overtime during an eventual loss 31-30. Tyler Shough was 35-of-56 for 410 yards, three scores and two picks. Travis Etienne led the rush on nine carries for 46 yards in the defeat.

Baltimore Ravens Betting Preview

Over on the Ravens’ side, they started out the 2025 campaign on a skid, going just 1-5 in their first half-dozen games. Baltimore got it going from there though, winning five straight outings for a brief first-place spot in the division. The Ravens won just two of their final six games though, finishing 8-9 overall for a second-place AFC North position and missing the playoffs.

Matched up against the Colts in their opener this year, the Ravens got off to a nice start with 31 points in the first half. Baltimore finished off with 10 more in the fourth quarter and won the game 41-23 on the road. Lamar Jackson was 17-of-25 for 325 yards and a touchdown, but Derrick Henry led the charge on 24 carries for 144 yards and three scores.

Ravens vs Saints Prediction

I’ll stick with Baltimore. The Ravens opened up the season with a nice road win over the Colts, posting 506 total yards (202 rushing), 7.9 yards per play and 23 first downs. The defense held Indy to just 251 total yards (149 passing) and 3-of-10 on third downs alongside a pair of takeaways. The 10 penalties for 86 yards and the 3-of-9 result on third-down tries were just about the only things to complain about.

As for New Orleans, they really got going in the second half and almost pulled off a nice win over the Lions. The Saints ended up with 469 yards (378 passing) and 29 first downs but did turn the ball over three times. New Orleans’ defense gave up 369 yards with 26 first downs while holding Detroit to 5-of-13 on third downs. I like the Saints to put up a decent fight here as well but I don’t think they’ll quite cover.
