Randy’s Pick

I’m not running to the window to back the Rams in any shape or form, but laying chalk with the Bengals isn’t an option given their circumstances. The Bengals’ offense has done nothing through two games, and now they could be without Joe Burrow due to a calf injury. Jake Browning would be the Bengals’ starter if Burrow can’t go, a 27-year-old with one career NFL pass attempt. Uh, no, thanks. Say what you want about the Rams, but they did hang around with the 49ers last week, and they have the fifth-best pass defense through two weeks. I don’t trust the Bengals QB situation right now. It’s the Rams and the free points or pass for me.
