Jaguars vs Colts Prediction 11/1/26 NFL Picks Today

The Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars meet Sunday in NFL action from EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville. Here’s a Jaguars vs Colts prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Jaguars vs Colts pick.

Indianapolis Colts Betting Preview

Indianapolis didn’t start out the season too badly but they’ve hit the skids over the last few. The Colts took losses to the Ravens and the Chiefs to start the season but then beat the Houston Texans and Washington Commanders. Since then it’s been three straight losses versus the Pittsburgh Steelers, Tennessee Titans and Minnesota Vikings for a 2-5 record so far.

Last weekend in the Vikings game the Colts managed to get a slim lead at the break 10-6. Indianapolis held on until the fourth quarter when they allowed 10 points. In the end Indianapolis had a 16-10 loss. QB Daniel Jones was 13-of-22 for 108 yards and a pick. Tops in rushing was Johnathan Taylor with 18 carries for 95 yards and a score.

Jacksonville Jaguars Betting Preview

Over on the Jags’ side, they managed to beat the Cleveland Browns in their opener before a seven-point loss to the Denver Broncos. Jacksonville won the next three over the New England Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles, but then took another loss to the Houston Texans. In six games so far the Jaguars have mustered a 4-2 record.

Matched up against Houston back on October 18, the Jags scored two touchdowns during a very busy second quarter but still trailed at the break 17-14. Jacksonville had the game tied 31-31 late, but a last-second field goal from 49 yards out sealed a 34-31 defeat. QB Trevor Lawrence was 24-of-41 for 306 yards, four scores and a pick during the loss.

Jaguars vs Colts Prediction

I’ll stick with the Jags. Jacksonville got a couple of weeks to rest and recover after their overseas trip. The Jaguars unfortunately closed with a loss, giving up 23 first downs and 426 total yards in the three-point affair with the Texans. The offense gained 24 first downs and 412 total yards along the way but it wasn’t enough to fend off a plucky Houston squad. Jacksonville had been doing very well defensively until that loss; they’d given up fewer than 21 points in five straight.

As for the Colts, they can’t seem to catch a break. The offense was pretty bad in the loss to the Vikings, gaining just 218 total yards, 64 pass yards and 15 first downs. The defense managed to keep things together but it wasn’t enough. Of Indy’s five losses, only two of them have come by more than six points, so the team has mostly been competitive at least.
