Jets vs Falcons Prediction 11/30/25 NFL Picks Today

The Atlanta Falcons and the New York Jets meet Sunday in NFL action from MetLife Stadium. Here’s a Jets vs Falcons prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Jets vs Falcons pick.

Atlanta Falcons Betting Preview

Atlanta was able to stay above the .500 mark for their first five outings, taking out Minnesota, Washington and Buffalo during that time. Otherwise it was losses to Tampa Bay and Carolina. The Falcons began a losing streak on October 19 however, falling versus San Francisco, Miami, New England, Indianapolis and Carolina in the next five outings. That would give Atlanta a rough 3-7 record across their first 10 games this year.

In the New Orleans matchup on Sunday, the Falcons were up 16-7 by the end of the first half and held that margin into the fourth quarter. Atlanta would end up with a 24-10 win in the end. QB Kirk Cousins finished 16-of-23 for 199 yards, two scores and a pick. Bijan Robinson led the rush with 70 yards on 14 carries and Darnell Mooney had 74 yards and a score off three receptions in the victory effort for the Falcons.

New York Jets Betting Preview

Over on the Jets’ side, they opened up with a string of losses versus the Steelers, Bills, Buccaneers, Dolphins, Cowboys, Broncos and Panthers. New York would win consecutive games around their bye week, taking out the Bengals and browns, but then lost to the rival Patriots. Over the first 10 games New York could only muster a meager 2-8 record.

Matched up against the Ravens last weekend, the Jets surprisingly were ahead 7-3 by halftime. New York could only muster a field goal from there though, resulting in a 23-10 loss in the end. QB Tyrod Taylor had 222 yards with a TD and a pick on 17-of-28 passing, and Breece Hall had 16 carries for 44 yards. Hall was also the team’s leading receiver with 75 yards on four receptions in the loss.

Jets vs Falcons Prediction

I’ll stick with the Falcons, but there’s not a lot to get excited about here. Atlanta played a pretty good game versus a struggling Saints team over the weekend, notching 302 yards and 5.5 yards per play on offense. The Falcons had just 13 first downs, nine team penalties and went only 3-of-12 on third downs, though. The defense held strong with 3.8 yards per play, 21 first downs and 5-of-16 on third downs allowed alongside a couple of takeaways. Atlanta has 23 or more points in four straight games but they’ve lost three of those matchups.

As for the Jets, they fell apart in the second half against a good Ravens team on Sunday. New York ended up with two turnovers, 282 yards, 15 first downs and 4-of-11 on third downs. The defense gave up just 241 yards with 16 first downs and 2-of-11 on third downs however. After a couple of good offensive efforts in a pair of wins, the Jets have just 24 combined points in their last two outings.
