Seahawks vs Colts Prediction 12/14/25 NFL Picks Today

The Indianapolis Colts and the Seattle Seahawks meet Sunday in NFL action from Lumen Field in Seattle. Here’s a Seahawks vs Colts prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Seahawks vs Colts pick.

Indianapolis Colts Betting Preview

The Colts had a great run going into their bye week this year, but things have been shaky since then. Indy won eight of their first 10 games, taking out the Dolphins, Broncos, Titans, Raiders, Cardinals, Chargers, Titans and Falcons among losses to only the Rams and Steelers in that time. After the bye, the Colts lost to the Chiefs and Texans in their next two outings. That would give Indianapolis an 8-4 run across the first dozen games of the season.

On Sunday in their road match with Jacksonville, the Colts coughed up 28 points in the first half alone. Despite scoring in every quarter, Indy limped to a 36-19 loss in the end. QB Riley Leonard was 18-of-29 for 145 yards and a pick, while Jonathan Taylor had 74 yards and a score on 21 carries. Alec Pierce caught five balls for 80 yards in the losing effort as well.

Seattle Seahawks Betting Preview

Over on the Seahawks’ side, they also notched a nice run ahead of their bye this year. Seattle went 5-2 in their first seven outings, falling versus the Bucs and 49ers amid wins over the Steelers, Saints, Cardinals, Jaguars and Texans. Seattle won four of their next five games from there, falling versus the Rams amid wins otherwise versus the Commanders, Cardinals, Titans and Vikings in succession. Through the first dozen games this year the Seahawks put up a nice 9-3 record overall.

Matched up against the Falcons on Sunday, the Seahawks were all tied up at halftime 6-6. Seattle rattled off 31 points from there however, leading to a dominant win 37-9 in the end. QB Sam Darnold was 20-of-30 for 249 yards, three scores and a pick. Leading rusher Zach Charbonnet had seven carries for 46 yards, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught seven balls for 92 yards and a pair of scores in the victory effort.

Seahawks vs Colts Prediction

I’ll lean toward the Seahawks. Seattle started out slowly last weekend in their win over Atlanta but eventually rolled. The Seahawks offense posted 365 total yards with 6.3 yards per play, 20 first downs and 6-of-13 on third-down tries. Defensively Seattle gave up 274 yards with 4.4 yards per play alongside just 15 first downs and a stellar 1-of-13 on third downs allowed. The three takeaways were nice as well. Seattle has given up just nine combined points over the last two games, so their defense is cooking right now.
As for the Colts, they’ve got a long uphill climb here after losing starting QB Daniel Jones to an Achilles injury last weekend. Indianapolis posted three turnovers and 285 yards (89 rushing) in their latest loss to Jacksonville, which marks the team’s third straight loss. They’ve been below 21 points in each of those defeats as well.
