In what should be one of the most entertaining games on Thursday night's slate the Montreal Canadiens host the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks will be attempting to rebound from Tuesday night's loss in Toronto to the Maple Leafs. Anaheim got a late first period goal from Nick Bonino and another early in the second from Mathieu Perreault that silenced the Air Canada Centre crowd. Then the watched as the Maple Leafs scored three straight goals to end the period and another in the third to send them to a 4-2 defeat. Jonas Hiller allowed four goals on 23 shots and the Ducks dropped their second game of the season. Montreal dropped to 5-4-0 on the season after they fell for the second consecutive game Tuesday night against the lowly Edmonton Oilers. Montreal also blew a two goal lead after they got first period tallies from Tomas Plekanec and Brendan Gallagher, but they watched as the Oilers scored four straight to send them to a 4-3 defeat. Carey Price made 28 saves in the loss. This one should be a lot of fun and while the Bell Centre is always a tough place to play there's some good value on the Ducks here.
