The Chicago Blackhawks look to cool down the St Louis Blues when they take the ice at the United Center.
St Louis has been a handful virtually everytime they take the ice and were once again with a pair of late tallies carrying them past Winnipeg 3-1 on Monday. Winnipeg appeared to be poised for an upset with Eric O'Dell's third period goal that knotted the score 1-1 just two minutes in but that was all the Jets offense could muster while Al Montoya was charged with two goals on 25 shots. David Backes paced the Blues attack with a pair of goals including an empty netter with Brenden Morrow adding the other tally while the win went to Ryan Miller in a 16 stop effort to remain undefeated in a St Louis uniform.
