The Calgary Flames head to the Canadian Tire Centre to take the ice with the Ottawa Senators.
The Flames blew an early lead only to comeback and knock off the visiting Rangers 4-3 on Friday night. The Flames led 2-0 by the end of the opening frame before New York scored three times to take the lead only to watch the home tally twice more to take the lead back and end the scoring. Mark Giordano, Joe Colborne, Kevin Westgarth and Mike Cammalleri each lit the lamp for the Flames with Kari Ramo recording 38 stops. Raphael Diaz, Brad Richards and Brian Boyle did the damage for the New Yorkers while Henrik Lundqvist allowing all four goals on 28 shots. Calgary won for the fourth time in six contests.

Despite playing in front of their home crowd Ottawa wasn't given much of a chance against visiting Chicago. It turned out that the Blackhawks were the ones that didn't have much of a chance as the Senators jumped all over them for a 5-3 victory. Cody Ceci, Milan Michalek, Kyle Turris, Erik Condra and Clarke MacArthur each scored for the Senators with Craig Anderson coming up with a monster 46 stops. The Blackhawks received goals from Marian Hossa, Patrick Sharpe and Brent Seabrook with Antti Raanta giving up all five goals on 29 shots as Chicago dropped their third in four outings while Ottaw won for the second time in nine games.
Calgary is 9-3 in the past 12 meetings while the home team is 5-2 in the last seven although these teams don't face each other often. A bad road team versus a poor home team is probably enough reason to leave this one alone but I'll try to dig up something when goalies are announced...
