The Philadelphia Flyers look to get untracked when the Buffalo Sabres visit the Wells Fargo Center.
The Sabres have been playing some of the better teams in the game extremely tough but the win column hasn't been getting bigger. That trend continued in a 3-2 defeat at Detroit on Friday that left the Sabres staring at defeats in six of seven. Jamie McBain and Nicolas Deslauriers tallied for the visitors who couldn't overcome a 3-0 first period hole with Matt Hackett's 31 stops not enough. Darren Helm, Daniel Alfredsson and Tomas Turco supplied the Red Wings with all the offense they needed in the opening 20 minutes while Jimmy Howard picked up the win with 21 stops.

Philadelphia seems to give Boston a good battle everytime these two take the ice but a dominant third period by the Buins blew open a tie game in a 5-2 decision that gave the home team the top seed in the Eastern Conference. Milan Lucic, Johnny Boychuk and Chris Kelly led the late scoring burst with Lucic also scoring in the second with David Krejci adding a goal and a helper. Tuuka Rask picked up the win with 24 saves with Jay Rosehill and Wayne Simmonds beating him in period two for a 2-2 tie entering the third. Ray Emery took the loss with four goals allowed on 41 shots who have lost four straight.
The home team is 6-1 in the last seven meetings with Buffalo going 0-5 in the past five trips to Philadelphia while going 2-9 in the last eleven meetings overall. I'm undecided on how to play this and even when I see who is in nets I am not sure how I'll go...
